Dear Mr Kheim,
My wife and I wish to express our sincerest appreciation of the excellent tour service your company provided for us during our recent tour of Vietnam and Cambodia.
Every aspect of our itinerary, for which VST was responsible, was delivered on time, every time, and with the utmost courtesy and consideration, and at a quality which was exemplary. We had a thoroughly enchanting and satisfying experience.
It was especially heart-warming to have you greet us at the commencement of the vacation in the Flower Garden Hotel in Hanoi - bearing a gracious gift, too! This set the tone for the whole trip.
We shall not hesitate to strongly recommend your company and its agents to anyone planning to visit Indo-china, and you may use the above commendation to advertise your efficient and good services if you so wish.
Yours gratefully,
Mary & Paul Lewis

PS: The only down side, as far as we were concerned, was the train journey to and from Sapa; a noisy, relatively uncomfortable and almost sleepless experience. Not VST's fault, we hasten to add, but for the older traveller not the best means of transport to that location. A daytime journey might have been better. Admittedly, this would be a less efficient use of time, but the visual aspects of travelling in the day might well compensate for the loss of a couple of days on tour - especially if sleep deprivation were avoided!

We arrived today back to Salzburg.
We spend a really nice time in Phu Quoc, we rented for 2 days motobikes and had to take care of us as the roads are not in best conditions. For snorkeling the water was too rough, but we really liked the island and do hope that in some years with the opening of the international airport the island will not loose the charm.
Thank you again for booking the really nice hotel for the last night we spend in Hanoi. I forgot the name (something with …palace) The standard is really high, so we enjoyed to dine in the restaurant and also breakfast was really good. If the hotel is a 3 star, than you should never book again any other hotel in Hanoi for your clients, only this one. But if this hotel is a 4 star one so I am sure that everybody of the travellers would like to pay more for a really good feeling…… as we had so.
We also spend 1 week in Bangkok, as I have some friends there. Our luggage for 2 persons had a total weight of 100kg, so now we are so glad that everything is at home now including your coffee, and from Phu Quoc some pepper, spices, salt, dried ginger, dried mango……everthing is heavy
As I will meet my friends and tell them from Vietnam and my wonderful experiences I am sure that in the future some of them will also plan to travel to your country.
I would be very glad if they also can book via your agency and with your phantastic help.
So once more a really big thank you.
You can be very proud of your country and the friendly people everywhere….
Best regards from Regina

Hello Tony !
We’re well arrived back in cold Switzerland. I would like to thank you for all your efforts of our golf-, sightseeing- and relaxing tour through Vietnam. Everything was well organized. All the guides were very friendly and the drivers bring us safely everywhere. I will recommend your travel agency to friends who want to come to Vietnam.
With my warmest regards
Frank

Hi
Now that I'm finishing the tour, let me thank you for your kindness and attention and for the good service provided. The tour was great and the itinerary was excellent. The hotels were also very good with excellent facilities. A couple of suggestions: although most of the guides were very informative and talkative, some had low English skills and the guidance was almost impossible to understand (namely in Saigon and Hanoi); on the plus sign, I had extraordinary good guides in Siem Reap and Vientiane. Another issue that you should correct is the flight reservation. I had some problems with the chain tickets on Vietnam Airlines and today I was forced to pay an extra amount of 250.000 D on my flight from Danang to Saigon. This causes a little bit of discomfort, but not enough to change my overall opinion - it was a great experience and I'll recomend your services to my friends.
Wish you all the best
